1. Our Commitment

Paste Shaver respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement. We reserve the right to disable or remove access to content alleged to be infringing.

2. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited on Paste Shaver:

• Copyrighted source code, software, or scripts posted without authorization
• Licensed text, books, articles, or documentation posted without permission
• Proprietary configuration files, API keys, or credentials belonging to others
• Any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Malware, exploits, or malicious code
• Personally identifiable information (doxing)
• Content that is illegal under applicable law

3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

To file a valid DMCA notification, provide the following information in writing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works)
2. The URL(s) of the paste(s) on Paste Shaver that contain the infringing material
3. Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

4. How to Report

Submit your DMCA request through your user dashboard using the "Report Content" option, or paste the following form in your message:

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, telephone number, email, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction in your federal district

6. Repeat Infringers

Paste Shaver maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion.

7. False Claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting.

8. Other Abuse Reports

To report content that violates our terms for non-copyright reasons (malware, doxing, illegal content), use the Report button on any paste page, or contact us through the dashboard.
